I didn’t know what to call my post on Venice, so just came up with “Very Picturesque Venice” – I guess that will work. Â I have been to Venice at least three times now, and it is a very beautiful place. Â I love Venice, in fact I love Italy! Â Here are some pictures.

There are so many bridges in Venice, and of course so much water – it wouldn’t be Venice without either one of these.
Don’t come back from Venice without one of these Venetian masks – they are so beautiful!

Thank you, Matti, for your wonderful comment. You are right, there are so many places to visit in our world, and we can’t possibly go to all the ones we yearn to visit. That’s why it is so nice to escape into photos of them if you can’t go to the place itself, at least you can dream. Hopefully, our dreams can transport us in a way so that we are closer.
